We’re Hiring: Support Staff – Base Maintenance
Join a leading MRO provider delivering high-quality maintenance services for Airbus (A320 / A330 / A340 / A350) and Boeing (B787) aircraft.
Role Overview
As Support Staff, you will certify completed maintenance tasks, supervise teams, and support the Area Leader in day-to-day operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight
Supervise technical teams during aircraft maintenance
Support with onboarding and training
Step in for the Area Leader when needed
Technical Expertise
Perform and oversee maintenance tasks
Manage tools, materials, and technical queries
Certify work performed in line with internal procedures
Project & Process Management
Ensure efficient workflow and task delivery
Coordinate with planning, logistics, and quality teams
Monitor KPIs and assist in cost control
Customer & Quality Focus
Liaise with client reps when required
Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Maintain a clean and secure working environment
Requirements
Valid EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 license with relevant type ratings
Up-to-date company and regulatory authorizations
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
