**Job Title: System Analyst and QA Tester**
We are looking for a technology-oriented professional with strong analytical skills who can analyze, test, and evaluate software systems before final approval and deployment.
### Job Responsibilities
Analyze the system and understand its functions, workflows, and user requirements.
Test all system features, websites, and mobile applications to ensure they operate correctly.
Prepare clear test cases and testing scenarios.
Test hotel management systems, reservations, invoices, payments, reports, and point-of-sale systems.
Document software issues using screenshots, videos, and clear steps to reproduce each problem.
Coordinate with the development team and follow up on reported issues until they are resolved.
Retest features after updates or fixes before approving them.
Compare the agreed requirements with the functions actually delivered.
Test user permissions, data security, financial transactions, and reporting accuracy.
Prepare daily and weekly reports covering system status, identified issues, completed tasks, and progress percentages.
Record and follow up on all tasks and observations through the Favro platform.
Train employees on how to use the system and prepare simple user guides.
### Qualifications and Requirements
Previous experience in system analysis, software testing, or quality assurance.
Ability to test web-based systems and mobile applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to identify software errors.
Basic knowledge of databases and APIs is an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively with developers and convert user feedback into clear technical requirements.
Good report-writing skills in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Experience with hotel management systems, reservation systems, or point-of-sale systems is highly preferred.
### Employment Details
Full-time position.
On-site work is preferred to support practical testing and coordination with employees and developers.
Three-month probation period.
Priority will be given to candidates with practical software testing experience rather than only theoretical technical qualifications.
