TCS is currently seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator within the Talent Acquisition team based on site in Port Melbourne for a 12-month contract.
Job Title – Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location- Melbourne
You will provide administrative support to a small but mighty team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will be responsible for onboarding new starters as their main point of contact prior to day one. This will involve tasks such as the scheduling of interviews and assessment centres, monitoring background checks, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and liaising with multiple internal stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Maintaining and updating employee records to support the recruitment selection process
Process new employee onboarding and current employee change of conditions
Coordinate background checks a timely manner
Liaise with hiring managers on candidate progress
Support in interviews and assessments with candidates
Issue employment contracts
Monitor Group Mailbox and respond to enquiries
Ensure 100 % data integrity of HR Information systems
Participate in a range of HR Projects and tasks requiring HR involvement and expertise domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Previous experience in a fast paced and high-volume human resources, customer service or administrative environment
Exposure to recruitment or HR systems i.e. Workday, will be highly advantageous but not necessary
Commitment to provide excellent service to internal stakeholders and a high degree of candidate care
Well-developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and process driven
Ability to prioritise work and operate within tight deadlines
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team
Must be pro-active in identifying risk, problem solving and process improvement
