Responsible for
Governance & Compliance
. Ensure the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) principles.
. Manage internal policy and procedure documentation that is in line with external regulations (OJK, BI, etc.).
. Coordinate the implementation of GCG self-assessment and periodic reports to regulators.
Performance Management
. Prepare and monitor KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of work units and individuals under their area of ​responsibility.
. Develop a data-based and analytical performance monitoring system.
. Provide strategic recommendations based on performance evaluation results.
Project Monitoring & Strategic Alignment
. Ensure the implementation of the bank’s strategic initiatives runs according to target and time.
. Manage strategic project performance reporting to senior management.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
. Prepare governance and performance reports for internal and external needs.
. Coordinate with other units to ensure integration of governance and performance measurement systems.
Team Leadership
. Leading the governance & performance team, including work planning, coaching, and developing team member competencies.
. Maintaining a collaborative and high-integrity work culture.
