The Team Leader, Health and Medical Services is responsible for leading a small team to deliver medical and health services for the department, to support the health and safety of our employees.
We Are Looking For Someone That
is interested in contributing to supporting the health and medical fitness of employees
has demonstrated experience in delivery of programs, particularly relating to health, safety and wellbeing
is confident working with a range of stakeholders
has demonstrated leadership skills and experience
has strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Demonstrated skills and experience in the planning, implementation and management of health and wellbeing programs, policies, strategies, management systems and services is desirable.
Experience in project management.
Experience in the Emergency Management sector is desirable.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
