What you’ll do
Leading daily operational execution for designated team and workstations.
Own standardize and non-standardize work for designated team and workstation.
Manage own resources planning in real time.
Performing QPS as intended and continuously leading improvement.
Performing 1st line problem solving in real time.
Manage own team competence matrix.
Deliver relevant daily, weekly, monthly and yearly task as per described in the document “Main Task Team Leader” and these are the basic requirements for Team Leaders.
Secures the VCMS Way of Working, drives the maintain process (AM Step 1-3) and leads the team in continuous improvement.
Follows up the team activities and gives feedback to the team members and the Supervisor.
Takes care of a good communication and co-operation with the Team Members, other teams and the relevant Support Functions.
Stimulates and contributes to the continuous learning and developing of the team and the individuals.
Coaches the team in organizing itself towards top achievements. Ensure full member involvement and cascades activities to level-up member skills.
Competence and Qualification Requirement
Tertiary education or 3 years of working experience or have completed the POP or equivalent education leadership training.
Good knowledge of VCMS and production & maintenance processes.
Good product and process knowledge in assembly plant.
Good knowledge of QPS, OIS & WES.
Engagements and understanding in quality assurance principle.
Demonstrate every day Build in Quality behaviour
Management experience and ability to motivate people.
Able to plan, lead and control activities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative and takes own initiatives.
Simple English language, talk & write & Good general PC skills.
