Your role
This position coordinates key quality functions. These functions include product disposition (release, hold, rework) and corrective action. This position is also responsible for label creation, approved supplier verification, release data review and calibration.
Essential responsibilities include the following:
1. Daily Update – Hold Release Spreadsheet
2. Creation of product labels.
3. Review of analytical data and sign off on release paperwork.
4. Review customer requirements for upcoming runs.
5. Review incoming goods for prior approval.
6. Evaluate and disposition raw materials and finished goods.
7. Create new product C of A templates with guidance from R&D and quality manager.
8. C of A template creation.
9. Label creation and verification
10. Product disposition functions such as release for rework, hold and final release.
11. Sample request Entry
12. Corrective Action Program Maintenance
13. Conduct Internal Audits
14. Oversee shipping for samples.
15. Perform risk analysis for batches with potential quality concerns.
16. Maintain calibration program.
17. Member of the Food Safety Team
18. Other related activities as needed.
About you
1-4 years of Quality Experience
Good written skills
Able to make decisions
Food industry experience preferred

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected annual salary range for this position is USD 23.00 – USD 29.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
