Description:
Job Purpose:
In-process quality control whose primary function is to perform Xray inspections. Works closely with operations & quality teams to validate processes and determine acceptability of products to customer and IPC-610 specifications.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
- Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
- Manual Xray inspection & generate Xray programs as required
- Image capturing and recording
- Provides training as needed to others
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years Xray experience may be required
- Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
- Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
- Specific technical or vocational training or certification a plus
