What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with Payment Integrity business leads to define and refine requirements for the Commercial Provider Scorecard
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for Payment Integrity BI initiatives
- Act as the primary liaison between Payment Integrity stakeholders and Data Engineering/BI delivery teams
- Ensure Commercial Provider Scorecard data adheres to contractual, regulatory, and de-identification requirements
- Provide clear updates to Payment Integrity and Commercial BI leadership on scorecard progress and risks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience supporting Payment Integrity, Claims Auditing, or Provider Performance analytics within a Commercial line of business
- Hands-on experience delivering provider scorecards or performance reporting using Power BI and/or Tableau
- SQL querying experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Agile tools (e.g., Rally, Jira)
- Solid understanding of healthcare claims data and payment workflows
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience analyzing and documenting requirements
- Knowledge of operational dashboards and performance reporting
- Background in healthcare data governance and quality assurance
