Technical Coordinator Jobs in Irvine, California, USA at Navien Inc.
A candidate who can work closely with Navien’s Technical Coordinator Team to gather and organize data, and compile reports for management. Acts as a liaison between Irvine and Korea HQ.
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with various Navien personnel regarding product issues, changes, and new product development on assigned product(s).
Routinely update and distribute new technical information to Technical Managers and team members.
Assist in quality control measures, including return unit/parts testing and field-reported issues on all Navien products; assist with Navien Mate products as needed.
Research new technological developments and regulation changes in the market to support product development.
Coordinate and support testing/operations of new and ongoing prototype testing and installations in the field.
Visit residential and commercial sites with team members to provide technical and translation support.
Assist in improving existing technical information, communications, and processes for Navien-to-outside communications (manuals, bulletins, training, etc.).
Maintain open communication with other departments and outside sales representatives to resolve issues or concerns.
Assist in purchasing HVAC tech-related equipment and parts based on HQ’s requests.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments via DHL, Fed Ex, freight forwarders, and other methods.
Utilize SAP and other proprietary software to gather data, support personnel, and update product information.
Requirements:
Fluent in Korean (speaking, reading, writing).
Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and to Canada once a quarter for 2-3 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to translate technical documents from Korean to English.
Experience with SAP is a plus.

Pay Scale: $28.00 – $31.00 DOE + eligibility for annual bonus
