Technical Editor/Reviewer (QC/QA) Jobs in Miamisburg, OH at ONEIL
Job Duties:
Manage the quality targets established for each carline.
Manage all the quality aspects of the quality development activities, reactive/preventive & proactive.
Responsible for the resolution and prevention of quality issues including warranty and investigations from JD Powers and Consumer Reports.
Lead cross functional teams in the root cause, containment, corrective action and service action for quality and warranty issues.
Ensure the Lessons Learned are captured and read forward to all vehicles lines.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
Minimum of 3 years experience in an Automotive manufacturing environment
Experience with formal problem-solving methods (5Why, 8D, Shainin Red X)
Design for Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification
Project Management experience
Strong leadership behaviors, high accountability attitude, strong communication skills, ability to lead by example and coach/mentor team members to improve the team performances and results
High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $24.96/hour – $39.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
