The Opportunity:
Self-motivate to monitor quality of account work within virtual business office environment.
Including, but not limited to calls, correspondence, and database entries to ensure that each team member’s performance meets Knowtion Health standard.
Respectfully monitor implementation of client specific protocols and procedures
Prepare professional review documents analyzing each team member’s verbal, written and database proficiency.
Meet with Assistant Directors and Team Leaders to provide regular updates regarding team member performance, providing retraining recommendations when appropriate.
Demonstrate expertise with Artiva and FACS databases as necessary to review account quality.
Identify and communicate patterns and trends in team member work to recommend remediation training.
Identify team members that demonstrate above average expertise for acknowledgement of excellence.
Proactively communicate concerns to supervisor for resolution
Provide feedback as necessary to ensure efficient revenue cycle recovery.
What you bring:
Experience with FACS, Artiva, Box, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
2 years with Knowtion Health
QA’s 90% or above
Significant experience with claims resolution and implementation of client SOPs
Self-Motivated and Self-Disciplined
Organized and attentive to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, think critically, prioritize, and problem solve independently.
