Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for 100% quality assurance and technical side for the Garments order to Garments.
- Work according to requirement of the Buyer Collected, consolidated, and managed orders from international buyers.
- Facilitated effective liaison among buyers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution.
- Provided regular shipment status reports and updates to the principal company and buyers.
- Resolved shipment-related issues through close coordination with factories, logistics partners, and clients.
- Followed up on shipment documentation, customs requirements, and buyer compliance matters.
- Training and knowledge transfer to local personnel Industry-specific technical systems and processes To provide specialized technical support for company operations To transfer technical knowledge and skills to Bangladeshi staff
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years
- Education:
