Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.
Experience in data analysis and creating visualizations to aid storytelling with data and communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
12 years of experience using analytics and data science to solve product or business problems in a program or engineering management role.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in establishing methods, tools, and process improvements with organizational change management.
Knowledge of data, metrics, analysis and trends, measurement, statistics and program evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and frame business problems that can be addressed with data-motivated solutions.

Responsibilities
Drive analytics and insights projects by identifying business challenges, proposing data-driven solutions, and influencing senior leadership (Vice Presidents and Directors) with insights.
Develop cross-domain business metrics, trend analyses, and insights to support executive decision-making and enhance business strategies.
Identify new opportunities for leveraging data science and AI to enhance business intelligence, enabling insights and automation.
Influence engineering and data infrastructure strategies, ensuring data models, pipelines, and reporting frameworks to support analytics.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and best practices to elevate data methodologies, improve tools, and enhance the overall impact of analytics teams.
