Role Overview
As a Technical QA Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards in our software.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases for web applications.
API Testing: Use Postman for API validation.
Bug Reporting & Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using ClickUp or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with developers and product managers to enhance QA processes and maintain best practices.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in software testing (preferably in SaaS or web applications).
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman, RESTful APIs).
Knowledge of Git, JIRA, or other bug-tracking tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
