We’re supporting a growing food manufacturing business based in Southwest London in their search for a Technical & Quality Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the technical and quality functions to ensure compliance with
food safety
standards and customer requirements
* Carrying out internal audits, product testing, and quality checks
* Managing and maintaining technical documentation and records
* Assisting with customer and supplier queries related to technical and quality matters
* Supporting the business in maintaining BRC and other accreditation standards
* Collaborating with production teams to drive
continuous improvement
About You:
* Experience working in a food manufacturing environment – essential
* Knowledge of
food safety
, quality systems, and technical processes
* Excellent
attention to detail
and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments
* Passionate about delivering high-quality products
* A proactive, can-do attitude
This role is fully site-based, Monday to Friday, offering a salary of around £27,000 and the opportunity to grow within a
supportive team
.
