Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong Java expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
6+ years of hands-on experience with a Master’s degree OR
8+ years of hands-on experience with a Bachelor’s degree in test automation and concurrent Java coding.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in test automation using open-source tools or in-house frameworks.
Strong experience in API testing, including SOAP and Microservices.
Proficient in UI and mobile testing.
Experience with test frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG.
Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and/or Cucumber.
Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).
Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git or SVN.
Advanced SQL knowledge and the ability to write complex queries for validation.
Expertise in debugging applications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Proficiency in using tools like Jira for Agile process management.
Experience with defect and test management tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js for server-side development.
Proficiency in shell scripting.
Experience with Security Testing and/or ADA compliance testing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
