KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Technical Support Manager to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Plans, conducts and directs engineering projects or studies requiring advanced knowledge of a specialized field
Participates in the design, assessment and execution of capital projects related to plant equipment, facilities and utilities efficiency improvements
Ensures efficient, reliable and high-quality deployment of site maintenance and critical utilities operations, utilizing an effective balance of internal and external resources including service providers
Responsible for Technical department’s yearly Budget and Expenses
Provides support on multiple equipment types and technologies, including equipment reliability, maintenance, spare parts management, equipment upgrades and asset management
Coordinates and assigns duties of assigned staff, actively assists or provides direction to subordinates in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as required
Improves operational efficiencies related to GMPs, engineering, maintenance, utilities, quality, safety and environmental control
Troubleshoot and perform investigations identifying root causes and appropriate corrective actions working closely with R&D, QA and rest of Manufacturing teams
Ensures site at related legal and regulatory compliance with authorities
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Chemical Engineering
Knowledge of English
Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Experience with 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and Health & Safety procedures
Minimum 5 years in relevant position
Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Shift Supervisor
People management skills, eligible to manage complex projects, analytical and organizational skills, delegation and instruction capabilities
Teamwork and cross-functional understanding
