This powerhouse of digital lending is on the hunt for a QA & Support Analyst who thrives in high-impact environments – someone who’s as comfortable writing a test script as they are troubleshooting a live production issue.

About the Role:

This is a dual-function position where you’ll be responsible for both:

Testing the functionality, performance, and reliability of software platforms.

Supporting end-users and internal teams by resolving issues through deep root cause analysis.

Expect to be the go-to person for ensuring software is stable and performant, and for jumping in when things need fixing, fast.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide second-line support and conduct root cause analysis on reported issues

Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing

Log and track bugs with detailed, reproducible steps

Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure high-quality releases

Participate in on-call/standby support (weekends included when needed)

What You’ll Need to Bring:

5+ years’ experience in QA or 4+ if you’re an exceptional candidate

SQL experience – this is non-negotiable

ISTQB Certification – essential

Passion for support – you’re not afraid to dive into live environments
