Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Team Lead located in Jeddah. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for team management, team leadership, troubleshooting, software development, and project management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Project Management:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are
completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate
business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Quality Assurance & Best Practices:
• Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and quality assurance
processes across the team.
• Implement automated testing, continuous integration (CI), and continuous
• deployment (CD) pipelines to enhance development efficiency.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure the team adheres to industry best practices.
Technical Problem Solving:
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, resolving
• complex technical challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and
• impact on users.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
