TWe are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with a strong background in networking and software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for our networking and software products. This includes user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Creation: Write and update user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides for networking and software products.
Research: Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
Content Development: Develop content that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Editing and Review: Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure consistency and clarity.
Technical Accuracy: Ensure all documentation is technically accurate and up-to-date with the latest product developments.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and features.
· Junos/Junos Evolved experience
· Mist/WLAN/SDWAN experience
· Telemetry and automation/API background
· Excellent written communication skills
· Cloud experience with Kubernetes
· Metro/5G/Mobile expertise
·Data Center/Service Provider networking (AI/ML a plus
