Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician based in Renton, WA. The Technician will perform a variety of tasks including equipment maintenance, assembly of aerospace and defense systems. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, maintaining accurate documentation of activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in equipment assembly
- Familiarity with assembly processes
- Understanding of safety and quality assurance standards
- Ability to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions
- Experience with tools, technical diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or an associate degree in engineering technology or a related field preferred
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a plus
