Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse operations team in key roles supporting quality control and packing. As part of our dynamic environment, you will inspect incoming and outgoing products, maintain inventory quality, and efficiently pack items to ensure customer satisfaction. These positions report to the Receiving Manager and require adaptability, collaboration, and a commitment to quality. During slower periods, team members will engage in diverse tasks beyond their primary roles to maintain productivity and support the overall warehouse operations.
Hours:
6:30AM – 3:00PM, Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control (Inbound):
Inspect incoming products and materials for defects, damages, and conformance to quality standards.
Verify product quantities against shipping documents to ensure accurate receipt.
Record inspection results, maintain detailed documentation, and report discrepancies to the Receiving Manager.
Properly label and segregate non-conforming items for return, quarantine, or corrective action.
Collaborate with the receiving team to ensure timely and efficient inspections.
Quality Control (Outbound):
Conduct thorough inspections of outgoing products to verify condition, accuracy, and packaging quality.
Document inspection results and report any discrepancies or issues.
Ensure products are correctly labeled, packaged, and meet customer and safety requirements.
Collaborate with the shipping team to coordinate timely and efficient outbound inspections.
Packing:
Carefully pack products into boxes or containers based on order requirements, ensuring accurate and on-time fulfillment.
Inspect products before packing and ensure packages are securely sealed and properly labeled.
Maintain a clean and organized packing area and adhere to safety regulations.
Collaborate with order pullers and shipping personnel to streamline packing operations.
General Duties (Shared Across Roles):
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products handled to enhance quality control and packing accuracy.
Participate in regular cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Perform additional duties as assigned, especially during slower periods, to support the broader warehouse team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to take on varied tasks as business needs evolve.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory procedures is a plus.
