Technician I, Manufacturing Quality Assurance Jobs in Warsaw, VA at Herbalife
Roles and Responsibility
· Perform Incoming and Final inspection on metal parts based on the sampling plan.
· Document the results into inspection sheets and store the records for the future use
· Calibration of the basic internal measuring instruments
· Perform SPC analysis and maintain the records
· This role involves walking within the shop
· Schedule and manage the outgoing and incoming material orders.
· Manage the packaging team and train them as needed for final inspection before packaging.
· Support production team for their inspection needs on samples.
Skills and knowledge Required:
· Knowledge of Blue print reading and understanding of GD&T and tolerances
· Knowledge of Calipers, Micrometers, Gages, Comparator and Indicators.
· Person must be able to work independently
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment with Quality Inspection as back ground
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
