The Video QC Technician Position is full time/permanent role located in Alpharetta, GA, reporting to the Quality Assurance Director. The QCT will be conducting quality audits using Ansco’s tools of the crew’s installation.

What you’ll do as a VQC Technician:
Verify correct equipment is installed on the ground and the tower in the correct location
Confirm all materials are installed and in compliance with customer’s Quality Standards
Completion and upload of QA checklist to be submitted to customer’s systems
Communicating quality standards and expectation to crews while conducting audits
Rotating after hours and weekend work

What you’ll need
Knowledge/experience using Spreadsheets and data base administrations I.e. Acrobat,
MS word and Excel
3yrs+ Telecommunications industry experience required
Exceptional interpersonal communication
Must be solution oriented and possess a high level of initiative and the ability to work
under pressure to meet deadlines
Must have an internal drive, professional customer service and provide an elevated level
of service for internal and external customer
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
Ability to act quickly and utilize/navigate all forms of standard communications (VPN,
shared desktop, smartphones, ad-hoc conference calls, telecommuting, etc)
