Job Overview
Advance Onboarding is currently seeking a qualified Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Pharr, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in quality control within the produce industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect incoming produce shipments for quality, freshness, and compliance with company and USDA standards.
Monitor production lines to ensure proper handling, sorting, and packaging of produce.
Conduct routine quality checks on products during different stages of the production process
Record and report inspection results, noting any defects, deviations, or safety concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1–3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in produce or food manufacturing.
Ability to identify quality defects such as bruising, mold, size inconsistencies, and ripeness levels.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
