Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will play a crucial part in maintaining quality assurance processes and conducting thorough quality inspections. The ideal candidate will have experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards, as well as proficiency in using calipers and data collection methods.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols in accordance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality, generating reports for management review.
Participate in internal audits and assist in the preparation for external audits.
Support the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS).
Train staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control (QA/QC) within a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards is highly desirable.
Proficient in using calipers and other precision measuring instruments.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
