Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards for existing products and services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a compliant and cost-effective quality system to ensure products and services are reliable, safe, and effective.
  • Follow basic operating procedures and perform routine and some non-routine tasks within a group or department.
  • Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as needed.
  • Work within established quality guidelines, ensuring compliance with GLP/GCP/cGMP and global Drug and Device Development Processes.
  • Utilize measuring tools like calipers, rulers, and vision systems to read drawings and ensure product quality.

Experience Required

  • 1-2 years’ experience in reading drawings and using measuring tools like calipers, rulers, and vision systems (preferred).
  • Basic skills training in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes.

Skills & Certifications

  • Knowledge of computer software, including Excel and Word.
  • Conversant with regulations, GLP/GCP/cGMP, and global Drug and Device Development Processes (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly supervised environment with minimal discretion.
  • Organized and self-motivated.

Eligibilities & qualifications

  • High School diploma required.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of basic operating procedures for a specific functional area.
  • Accountability for executing specific tasks under the oversight of a supervisor.
  • Ability to influence quality, cost, and productivity through task execution.
