Looking for a well-trained Techno-functional, analyst cum project manager working as Functional Analyst in Business Technology group within Retail Banking group responsible for executing all the activities related to Projects which are entrusted to him/her by Team leader/Unit head. Manages technology related implementations in close coordination Vendor and identifies / contributes to the area of technical improvements.
Participates and designs technological architecture of the solution. Responsible for testing / implementing all the changes, which are implemented by the vendor/ IT and In-house Development team.
Responsible to provide solutions to queries / issues raised by the technical analyst. As individual performer, the candidate is expected to perform the following primary roles:
– Business Analyst and solution expert in Technology solutions under Banking sector, – Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, QA, and operations.
– Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and performance reports.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
– Support testing efforts by defining test cases and assisting with UAT.
– Proficient Project Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery spanning the entire product/project lifecycle starting from requirement stage till go live
