Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

As aLaboratory Technician, you willassist the team in delivering an efficient, high quality food allergen and authenticity analysis using ELISA and DNA/protein based methodologies
Accurately follow laboratory protocols and standard operating procedures for the preparation and extraction of samples for analysis
Working to strict deadlines to ensure compliance
Complete all laboratory documentation in a timely and compliant manner
To assist with sample registration using internal system as and when required
Qualifications
Knowledge of allergen testing in food – highly advantageous
Previous Laboratory experience – essential
Qualifications within Chemistry / Bio Chemistry/ Biology – essential
