The Lab is seeking goal-driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional products to the Michigan cannabis market. Job Duties:
Manufacture pre-rolls (Standard or Infused)
Maintain strict quality control standards
Package and label units
Meet production targets and goals
Operate machines and equipment
Effectively communicate relevant information
Clean tools, equipment, surfaces, and machines
Attend all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
Sit, stand, bend, twist for extended periods of time.
Repetitive motions performed over extended periods.
Lift up to +/- 50lbs.
Ability to work in loud environments.
Ability to work in a fast pace manufacturing atmosphere.
Strong attention to detail.
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
One year of prior manufacturing experience.
We invite applications from dependable individuals who are 21 years of age or older and available to work full-time weekend shifts. The third shift schedule is Thursday through Sunday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The starting wage is $21.00 per hour. Health benefits are offered following 60 days of continuous employment. After 120 days, employees become eligible for paid time off (PTO), with accrual beginning immediately upon hire.
