Roles & Responsibilities in TEMS (Test Environment Management Services):
Preliminary investigation of environmental issues and co-ordination till an issue resolution.
Expertise in using ServiceNow (SNOW) for day-to-day environment and incident management.
Determine the environmental & test data requirements, and batch cycles for each phase of testing to outline best practices to effectively utilize the environments
Experience in working within agile and ITIL practices to support offshore and onshore hours across a range of activities to facilitate smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Manage and govern the usage of client’s integrated end-to-end environments and its L1, L2 and L3 support activities
Expertise in service desk activities, incident management, problem management and environment monitoring & bookings
Change Management experience – Evaluated risks to the integrity of the environment including availability, performance, security, and compliance.
Prepare weekly report statistics with respect to environmental issues, estimations, contentions batch.
Tools: ServiceNow, Splunk, BMC Remedy, JIRA, PowerBi
Certification: ITIL
Location: PAN India
Experience: 2-7 years
