Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT). The ideal candidate will have strong manual testing skills, and experience with automated testing is a plus. This role requires a driven individual with a positive attitude who can work effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual testing for various applications and systems to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.
Conduct UAT and SIT to validate system changes and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test cases.
Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in test planning, test case creation, and execution of test scenarios.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
Maintain clear and accurate test documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing, with a focus on UAT and SIT.
Strong manual testing skills; experience with automated testing tools is a bonus.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the testing field.
Cantonese speaking is a must
