🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and software applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and issues.
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with development and business teams to validate requirements.
- Support test planning, test data preparation, and documentation.
- Participate in release testing and post-deployment validation.
- Assist in improving QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Stay updated on testing tools, technologies, and methodologies.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Internship or project experience in software testing is a plus.
