Description
As a Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the organisation’s software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Experience with software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and resolve software issues.
Creating and maintaining test plans, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Reporting defects, tracking their resolution, and validating fixes.
Continuously improving testing processes and frameworks to enhance software quality.
Supporting end-users during UAT to ensure a smooth implementation of new features and systems.
A proactive approach to staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
Profile
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytic professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll bring:
Experience in software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and UAT.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and anticipate issues.
Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
