We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-driven Test Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about software quality assurance, problem-solving, and ensuring that digital products meet the highest standards before release. You will play a key role in testing applications, identifying issues, and supporting product quality across development cycles.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using testing tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to resolve defects.
- Conduct regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Review requirements and provide feedback to improve testability and clarity.
- Maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.
- Assist in automation testing initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure timely execution of testing cycles aligned with project deadlines.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in software testing, QA, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and strong focus on quality.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with strong interest in software quality assurance.
