Role Overview:
As a
Test Analyst
at Orikan, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using leading tools such as
jMeter
,
Postman
, and
Playwright
. You’ll collaborate with development teams to automate test cases for new features and ensure the highest standards of quality through thorough regression testing and integration testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using jMeter, Postman, and Playwright.
Work closely with development teams to identify, automate, and validate test cases for new features and enhancements.
Leverage your knowledge of APIs and SQL to drive effective testing.
Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for system and system integration testing.
Conduct regular regression testing to ensure that new code changes don’t affect existing functionalities.
Maintain and expand automated regression test suites to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Track and report defects using AZURE DevOps, collaborating with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
Set up and configure test environments that reflect the production environment.
Document test scripts, test data, and results clearly and comprehensively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and resolve issues.
Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize the quality assurance process.
Skills and Experiences:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with automated testing tools such as jMeter, Postman, and Playwright.
Strong working knowledge of API testing and SQL.
Experience with test automation strategies and frameworks.
Familiarity with AZURE DevOps for defect management.
Proficiency in setting up test environments that mimic production.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, bug-free software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
