🎯 The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications through comprehensive testing and analysis.
You will work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project teams to identify defects, validate requirements, and contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Review business and functional requirements to develop effective test strategies
- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Analyze test results and provide clear reporting on quality metrics
- Support test automation initiatives where applicable
- Participate in requirement reviews and project planning activities
- Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test analysis roles
- Strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycles
- Experience creating and executing test cases and defect reports
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps, Selenium, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in English
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
