We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Test Analyst / QA Engineer / Software Tester to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software solutions. This role is responsible for planning, designing, executing, and documenting testing activities to validate functionality, identify defects, and ensure systems meet business and technical requirements.
The QA Engineer will work closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases. The role involves executing manual and/or automated testing across multiple environments, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining test plans and test cases, executing test cycles, identifying and logging defects, verifying fixes, and supporting release validation activities. The role also involves maintaining test documentation, contributing to test strategy improvements, and supporting continuous integration and delivery processes where applicable.
In addition, the QA Engineer will help ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle by identifying risks early, improving testing efficiency, and supporting Agile or DevOps practices. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and SDLC/STLC processes
- Experience in manual testing, test case design, and defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks is an advantage
- Knowledge of API testing, database validation, and performance testing is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or equivalent systems
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum or iterative development environments
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Ability to write clear, structured, and reusable test documentation
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple testing tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows is an advantage
- ISTQB certification is a plus
