Job Description
Design and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of the product, focusing on automation scripts. 2. Create scalable and optimized test environments. 3. Analyze test results and identify the root cause of malfunctions or issues. 4. Troubleshoot errors and document final test procedures. 5. Build and maintain robust automation systems that validate the product’s quality, reliability, speed, functionality, and design. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and development to improve test processes. 7. Evaluate and test suitable automation tools for the organization. 8. Develop and implement test automation strategies, guidelines, and best practices.
Job Responsibilities
Select test cases for automation from existing test case documentation. 2. Design, document, and apply test automation strategies and guidelines. 3. Create an automation test plan, obtain approval, and ensure proper execution. 4. Configure test environments and tools as required for effective automation. 5. Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts for testing functions. 6. Research and troubleshoot software issues identified through testing. 7. Collaborate with QA analysts and developers to identify and resolve issues. 8. Maximize test coverage for critical system features through automation. 9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in automation testing. 10. Mentor and guide junior resources in the field of test automation.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience as a test automation engineer or similar role, particularly for web or mobile-based applications. 3. Junior: Minimum 2 year of experience in test automation or a similar role. 4. Proficiency in using automation tools like Katalon Studio, Selenium, and UFT (Not must have) 5. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Ruby (desired). 6. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins (desired). 7. Knowledge of test automation best practices and guidelines. 8. Experience with test data management, test environment setup, and mobile farms. 9. Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 10. Excellent communication skills in English (additional ASEAN languages a bonus).
