Skills & Experience
5+ years of supply chain & logistics domain experience in testing various cross functional applications
Good to have experience in implementing or leading testing efforts for Manhattan Active WM and other cloud-based application and platforms
Experience in leading the end-to-end testing of different programs with an in-depth understanding of Order to Cash lifecycle.
Deep understanding on Inbound, Outbound and Inventory management capabilities in Warehouse Management Application.
Experience in driving efforts of integrating Warehouse management platforms with Warehouse Controlling Systems.
Expertise on API validation and AWS services including Queues, SNS Topics, EC2 S3.
Strong experience developing and implementing test plans, QA processes and methodologies
Work with the business, technical project development teams, and program managers to establish project schedules and execute test plan to deliver high quality product releases
Good knowledge in the implementation of latest ERP Systems like SAP CAR, S4 HANA and integrations with different WM systems
Participated in debug and triage test failures, using full-stack engineering, to isolate test defects from functional defects, and identify the service component causing the issue.
Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
Experience working with micro-services, familiar with testing API’s/services standalone and integrated with different applications.
Good knowledge in using various retail order management systems and understanding of retail/wholesale business models.
Ability to organize, adapt, and own a complex workload in new defining/evolving space within Nike and the team.
Experience in using different automation framework, tools and familiar with Jenkins jobs set up for test data generation.
Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with different business teams.
Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
