Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector Level 3 to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product documentation before inventory stocking or customer shipment. This role focuses on final inspections of paperwork, compiling certification packages, and maintaining compliance with company and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform final inspections of test records, travelers/routers, incoming inspection docs, and product files.
Verify documentation against checklists to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Compile digital certification packages (up to 500 pages) using customer-specific templates.
Proactively coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing documentation.
Prioritize inspections based on production schedules and shipping deadlines.
Apply sound judgment to resolve documentation discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years in QC inspection (documentation focus, not mechanical tools).
Strong attention to detail—able to review manufacturing/test records thoroughly.
Effective communicator—comfortable following up for missing info.
Organized—can manage large document packages (e.g., 500-page certs).
Basic knowledge of inspection workflows & document control.
