Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in Automation Engineering and GEN AI Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and be a native Japanese speaker. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage testing processes and ensure quality assurance in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for automation engineering projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation of GEN AI testing methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
- Provide expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance to ensure domain-specific testing accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for various projects.
- Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of testing progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline testing processes and reduce manual efforts.
- Monitor and report on testing metrics to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing procedures.
- Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Japanese to facilitate communication with native-speaking stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Automation Engineering and GEN AI Testing.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Japanese as a native speaker.
- Show ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Have experience with automation testing tools and methodologies.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications Required
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager
N3 Japanese certification required
