Champion Packaging & Distribution Inc is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Lead to oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
This key position is responsible for supervising lab technicians and line auditors, developing direct reports, and managing lab and line coverage
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional departments to maintain regulatory, customer, and company requirements
Supervise and provide leadership to lab techs and line auditors”>
Develop direct reports and manage their performance”>
Manage lab and line coverage, including willingness to work off shifts if needed”>
Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance to regulatory, customer, and company requirements”>
Review daily production schedule and adjust the quality department’s schedule to ensure testing and reporting are met”>
Maintain proper lab supply inventory levels”>
Review testing data/investigate out of spec results and escalate out of spec data”>
Assist in customer complaint investigations”>
Oversee quality programs and assist with implementation”>
Review and maintain COAs for incoming truck deliveries”>
