Required Skills
- 8+ years of Quality Assurance and Testing experience
- Strong background creating and executing enterprise-level test strategies and test plans
- Proven experience leading testing activities for data migration and/or data transformation projects
- Experience coordinating testing efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong defect management, risk management, and quality assurance experience
- Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End Testing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive testing timelines and quality outcomes within complex project environments
Nice to Have
- Workday implementation or migration experience
- Experience testing HR, Payroll, ERP, or Workday integrations
- Experience validating large-scale data migration and transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Informatica, or enterprise data platforms
Job Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Test Lead to support a large-scale enterprise data migration and transformation program. This individual will lead all testing activities, define test strategy and execution plans, coordinate across multiple workstreams, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality migration outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience leading testing efforts for complex data migration projects and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
