Role and Responsibilities
Owning the project delivery in terms of project level strategy, planning
Customer stakeholder management, risks management, reporting
Managing 6-7 Test Engineers
Handling the Jira, Zephyr, Excel tools in terms of project creation, dashboard set up, test cases
Estimations, reviews and end to end STLC process
Requirements
1+ years of experience in leading Test Engineers and test phases
Proven experience in planning and delivering test initiatives for complex programs
ISTQB Foundation certification
Strong proficiency in Zephyr and JIRA
PowerBI experience
High-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
