Tasks & Activities:
- Review software requirements and specifications to understand the scope of work and highlight any gaps or ambiguities.
- Create test strategy and plan.
- Assign tasks and oversee test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of applicable functional and non-functional testing types.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software quality.
- Lead and manage the software testing team across multiple projects.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous improvement and best practices.
- Monitor and report testing progress, results, risks, and KPIs to management.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in IT or any relevant major.
- 7+ years of work experience in quality control and software testing.
- Professional testing certificates are a plus.
