About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a mission-critical clearing and settlement platform supporting Hong Kong’s financial market infrastructure.
This role focuses on owning the testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance across the full post-trade lifecycle, ensuring system stability, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in a highly controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end test strategy, including SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation
- Develop and manage test plans, scenarios, and test coverage aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Lead execution of end-to-end testing across trade lifecycle (trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, reporting)
- Manage defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, tracking, and resolution
- Provide test governance and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring readiness for go-live and supporting Go/No-Go decisions
- Coordinate across business, IT, and vendor teams (e.g. Broadridge) to ensure effective testing delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting settlement accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and manage testing teams, ensuring delivery within timelines and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in testing / QA / project delivery within financial services
- Proven track record as a Test Manager / Test Lead, owning end-to-end testing
- Strong experience in clearing, settlement, custody, or post-trade systems
- Experience with Broadridge (e.g. GLOSS) or similar post-trade platforms is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure, regulatory-driven environment
