The International Mobility Recruitment Department is dedicated to enhancing the mobility of IT professionals throughout Europe, facilitating the placement of talents in the various markets where it operates.
Test Manager
Location:Brussels, Belgium
Hybrid: 2 times a week on the client’s office
Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferably
Mandatory Languages: French (C1) and English (C1)
✅ Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium
Overview:
You’ll play a key role in steering quality assurance efforts, ensuring end-to-end validation of business-critical systems. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, balance autonomy with collaboration, and speak fluent “quality”, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years in testing and QA management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Familiarity with IT architecture and software development lifecycle models
Working knowledge of non-functional requirements (performance, security, usability, etc.)
Understanding of at least one technical application landscape/domain
Business Knowledge:
Solid understanding of business process management and requirements engineering
Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable (2–5 years)
Ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders and translate requirements into testing strategies
