LTIMIndtree is seeking a skilled QA Test Manager to lead our
Quality Assurance
team within Travel/Tourism/Hospitality Domain.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of API Microservices and a
proven track record
of driving endtoend test strategies in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement
quality control
procedures standards and specifications
– Review and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas of improvement
– Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product development lifecycle
– Plan execute and oversee inspection and testing plans for products and processes
– Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
– Assess the products or services quality and the performance of the
quality control
system to identify deficiencies or risks and propose corrective actions
– Oversee the investigation of customer complaints and nonconformance issues
– Coordinate with external
quality assurance
auditors and technicians to ensure
legal compliance
– Prepare and present reports and metrics to
senior management
– Manage and mentor members of the QA team
– Develop and manage
quality assurance
metrics for performance improvement of all teams
– Lead and mentor QA team members as well as manage outside contract testers
– Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures manual and automated
– Monitor
debugging
process results.
